DESCRIPTION
This bird have had turquoise on forehead and fore-face ,dark beak,red patch on the side of the wing ,yellow on crown and part of the face, yellow and red on shoulders and this birds was smaller than yellow crowned parrot .
Also was moving with a group of yellow crowned parrots.
