ABSTRACT FORM
ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION IS FINALIZED 
We invite you to share your interests, ideas, and knowledge about shorebirds by attending and presenting an oral or poster presentation. Presentations could be about any subject related to shorebird research, including ecology, monitoring, management, and conservation of shorebirds in the Western Hemisphere.
 IMPORTANT:
  • You must complete and send the GENERAL REGISTRATION form BEFORE sending the ABSTRACT.
Abstracts Requirements:

  • Abstracts will be reviewed before being accepted by the Scientific Committee.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in both English and Spanish (or Portuguese). If you submit an abstract in Spanish (or Portuguese), please include an English translation below the first one.  Similarly, if you submit an abstract in English, please include a Spanish version below (see example on the right).
  • Each abstract text should be a maximum of 250 words.
  • The presentations will last 20 minutes, 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
  • Posters will be presented in two sessions in the afternoon.
  • Translators will be available during oral presentations (English & Spanish).
